Training plans

So I am committing myself to posting my training log and plans for the upcoming race season. By race season I mean the cyclocross season. If you don't know what 'cross racing is, it is basically riding a road bike through a park with obstacles that require you to get off the bike and run. I plan on racing on September 29th, and three to four others into the month of December. It can be wet, muddy and cold in most parts of the world during this race season (check this out: http://youtube.com/watch?v=PXQMw4n29qU ) but in southern California it is pretty tame.
